Solara is a conceptual boutique hotel set in Southern Utah, inspired by the experience of spending a night under the desert sky. The identity reflects this transition through a palette of deep blues and purples, contrasted by a bright yellow that signals the first light of morning.
Located in one of the darkest regions in the United States, the area offers exceptionally clear views of the night sky, where the Milky Way and thousands of stars are visible to the naked eye due to low light pollution, high elevation, and dry desert air.
The brand extends across a range of thoughtfully designed touchpoints, including in-room amenities, printed materials, and environmental elements. Each detail is carefully considered to create a cohesive, immersive experience that shifts from grounded and minimal to atmospheric and refined, capturing the quiet rhythm of the desert from dusk to dawn.
